amazing staff peaceful escape convenient location small bathroom street noise cold pool
the staff were amazing they were always ready to assist with a smile i particularly appreciated the central courtyard it provided a peaceful escape. i also found the location super convenient it made exploring easy i enjoyed my days out. the breakfast offered a good start to the day with tasty options
the bathroom was quite small it felt a bit cramped during showers the noise from the street was noticeable especially in the mornings. some areas of the hotel seemed a little dated it needed some refreshment the pool was really cold i was unable to enjoy a swim

smooth taxi superb location continental breakfast leaky sink stained bed sheet unavailable drinks
The staff helped arrange a taxi from the airport. It was very smooth! The location is also superb. It is central! Breakfast features a continental style with fruits, yogurt, and teas.
The bathroom sink was leaky. I saw some stains on the bed sheet. Ordering drinks was impossible between 11 am and 4 pm, despite the hot weather, not great!

the location was convenient. it was close to jemaa el-fna square.
The bathroom was quite small. the sink leaked. the floor was constantly wet. I almost slipped twice.

broken shower holder black mold
the rooftop access was acceptable.
The room i had lacked a proper window facing outside, only one toward the corridor (a real joy, that was). also, the shower holder was broken. I noticed some black mold. good.
